End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of digital products provided by Striving 2 Perfection Entertainment LLC.

License Grant

You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the digital products for personal, non‑commercial use only.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital products.
  • Upload the products to any website or platform.
  • Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the products.
  • Claim ownership of the products.
  • Use the products in any commercial project without written permission.

Ownership

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Striving 2 Perfection Entertainment LLC.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

Refunds

All digital product sales are final and non‑refundable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital products.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
